Scott A. Bailey is 1998 graduate of the Washington University School of Law, where he was awarded the Judge Amandus Brackman Moot Court Prize.  While in law school, Scott was on the National Moot Court Team and was named The Best Oral Advocate at the National First Amendement Moot Court Competition in Washington, D.C.

Scott represents a wide range of clients from small business owners to the seriously injured. Since joining W. Morris Taylor, P.C. in 2005, he has helped secure millions of dollars in relief for injured clients. Scott’s practice focuses on personal injury, workers compensation, commercial litigation and legal negligence.
